Din nou despre cartea de identitate electronica

Ieri a avut loc ultima dezbatere publica organizata de Ministerul Administratiei si Internelor pe tema noului proiect de lege privind cartile de identitate.

Ma asteptam sa vad acolo bine reprezentata “zona” religioasa a contestatarilor cartilor de identitate electronice, figurile cunoscute alaturi de care am luptat in urma cu aproape doi ani, in ciuda diferendelor care aparent ne separau.

Au lipsit, ca de obicei, de la dezbatere, si luptatorii digitali, fantomaticul „For Ortodox Roman”, ce nu s-a evidentiat pana in prezent decat prin materiale fara cap si coada, fumigente aruncate pe internet ca sa creada lumea ca exista si o astfel de organizatie.

Au aparut in schimb figuri noi, unele chiar cu iz penal, cum este cazul escrocului Florentin Scaletschi, fostul presedinte al Organizatiei pentru Apararea Drepturilor Omului (OADO), condamnat pentru luare de mita, trafic de influenta si fals intelectual.

Nu am vazut pe nimeni de la Manastirea Petru Voda, nici vre-o alta fata bisericeasca, care sa aduca argumente de natura religioasa impotriva dictaturii electronice.

In schimb, am constatat participarea activa a reprezentantilor asociatiilor membre ale Coalitiei Impotriva Statului Politienesc, care au ridicat cateva probleme esentiale in dezbaterea privind noile carti de identitate, cum ar fi:

1. De ce nu se consemneaza dezbaterile publice intr-o minuta, proces verbal sau transcriere, care sa fie facuta publica ?
2. de ce nu participa si Ministrul de Interne la dezbateri, de ce acesta refuza cererile de audienta solicitate de Coalitie, de ce nu isi asuma public responsabilitatea acestui proiect de lege ?
3. Care este riscul de falsificare a noilor carti de identitate cu cip, in conditiile in care, potrivit statisticilor oferite de M.A.I., in ultimii doi ani au fost falsificate doar 1049 de carti de identitate ? raportat la numarul de carti de credit falsificate, nu este de asteptat ca numarul de falsuri al noilor carti de identitate electronice sa creasca ? Mai subzista argumentul sigurantei ? care este numarul de carduri de identitate falsificate in celelalte 12 state in care s-a implementat acest sistem ?
4. Referitor la argumentul privind circulatia libera pe teritoriul UE, cu documente cu elemente de siguranta sporite, daca exista deja pasapoarte electronice, la ce mai e nevoie de carduri de identitate electronice ? Nu mai sunt suficiente vechile carti de identitate ?
5. care vor fi costurile sistemului, si cine le suporta ?
6. De ce nu au fost luate in considerare alte solutii tehnice, nou invazive din punctul de vedere al libertatilor cetateanului, cum ar fi tehnologia QR Code, de 10 ori mai ieftina decat solutia de tip smart cip ?
7. De ce nu putem folosi vechile buletine de identitate, in conditiile in care exista un ordin vechi al Ministrului de Interne, potrivit caruia persoanele care doresc, pe motive de constiinta sau religie pastrarea vechilor buletine de identitate (pe suport de hartie), le pot pastra in continuare ?

O excelenta luare de pozitie in acest sens (pct. 7) a avut-o dl. Golombos Tiberiu, presedintele Asociatiei Civice Dreptate din Hunedoara. Acest om reprezinta un exemplu de verticalitate si darzenie pentru multi dintre noi, in lupta anti-cip. Atat el cat si toata familia lui au refuzat schimbarea buletinului cu cartea de identitate din plastic. Acest om a intrat la dezbateri CU BULETIN DE HARTIE, prelungit din 3 in 3 luni !!! Deci iata ca se poate !

Evident, reaua vointa si reaua credinta a reprezentantilor M.A.I s-au facut simtite si de aceasta data, toti participantii din partea societatii civile avand sentimentul unei mascarade prost puse in scena, cu un scenariu scris dinainte.

Ne asteptam ca in continuare intrebarile noastre sa fie ignorate, solutiile tehnice (ce nu sunt pe placul celor de la UTI) sa nu fie luate in considerare, iar tavalugul Noii Ordini Mondiale sa treaca si peste Romania, tras cu constiinciozitate de uneltele oarbe ale francamsoneriei mondiale, din cadrul M.A.I.

Probabil ca in continuare, de ochii lumii, si pentru a potoli Biserica Ortodoxa (si pentru a-si asigura, ca si pana acum, din partea acesteia, neutralitatea), se va oferi si varianta cardului de tip nou, fara cip si fara ampreente prelevate. Ne intrebam insa, pentru cat timp ? Tendinta de tehnologizare este evidenta, iar singura contra-masura reala si viabila este campania pe care o desfasuram deja, de informare a populatiei „REFUZA CIPUL, REFUZA DICTATURA BIOMETRICA”.

Pagina de pe Facebook a evenimentul a fost ștearsă peste noapte

20 noiembrie 2010 a fost aleasă ca ziua în care să se ia atitudine împotriva metodelor criminale de intoxicare, otrăvire şi îmbolnăvire a oamenilor prin pulverizarea din avioane a unor substanţe toxice, virusuri şi germeni patogeni. Evident, această inițiativă a deranjat. Suficient de mult pentru a se lua măsuri radicale: pagina de pe Facebook a Zilei Internaționale Antichemtrails, la care s-au înscris peste 2000 de participanți, a fost ștearsă de către cineva care a piratat contul unui utilizator, aparent anulând evenimentul.
Versiunea în engleză va fi repostată curând, până atunci cei interesați pot accesa versiuni ale paginii șterse în limba franceză, în limba greacă, sau în spaniolă. ANUNȚ IMPORTANT ! MITINGURI ANTI-CIP !!!

Asociația Victimelor Mineriadelor 1990-1991 din România (AVMR), membră a Coaliției Împotriva Statului Polițienesc, organizează împreună cu celelalte 15 ONG-uri componente ale Coaliției în ziua de Marți 23.11.2010, două mitinguri de protest, unul împotriva proiectului de lege privind cărțile de identitate (buletinele) electronice, în fața sediului Ministerului Administrației și Internelor între orele 10-11, iar cel de-al doilea, în aceiași zi, între orele 11-12 în fața sediului Ministerului Sănătății, pe tema cărților de sănătate electronice.

Manifestarea de protest are ca scop exprimarea refuzului populației privind adoptarea documentelor electronice de orice fel – pentru cetățenii români, acestea fiind în opinia noastră doar instrumente de control și urmărire a celor ce le primesc. Menționăm că Uniunea Europeană nu ne cere așa ceva.

Coaliția Împotriva Statului Polițienesc a solicitat în repetate rânduri o audiență cu Ministrul  Administrației și Internelor, însă acesta a refuzat orice dialog direct pe tema cărților electronice de identitate, refuzând astfel să își asume responsabilitatea acestui proiect de lege ce reprezintă sfârșitul tuturor libertăților cetățenești.

Coaliția Împotriva Statului Polițienesc consideră că orice dezbatere publică pe tema acestui proiect este lipsită de relevanță și nu face decât să relativizeze discuția cu privire la adoptarea acestor noi documente de identitate de tip electronic, fără a se pune în discuție necesitatea adoptării acestor noi tipuri de documente.

Invităm pe toți cei ce refuză documentele electronice să participe la acest miting.

The initiative is ours; the job is yours!

Chemtrails derrives from the word contrails, and is considered a tool for
geoengineering. Remember the white trail that used to follow in the path of the
plane? The trails are no longer dependant on the athmospheric conditions to
form as they contain chemicals expanding and acting as a cloud cover. The
latest politically correct term is "consistent jet contrails", while "aerosol
spraying" and "cloud seeding" also are being used.

There are many theories why we are subjected to aerial spraying and many
people firmly believe our governments would not allow innocent people to
suffer. If we look back in time history repetitively proves us wrong; in the
early 1940ies UK started aerial spraying of chemicals on their own population.
When spokesman for Porton Down in UK was asked if such tests are still being
carried out in 2002, she responded: "'It is not our policy to discuss ongoing
research"(1).

What are a modifies cloud?
First of all; there are many ways of modify clouds. One tecnique is called
cloud seeding. This has happened globally for years, and is commercially used
f.ex. in the Alps of South Island, New Zealand to assure adequate snowfall for
the skiing season. Also in Tasmania, Australia, has it been used for years to
increase the amount of rain for crops. Recently it was suggested to be linked
to the drought in the other half of the island, which is a repeated issue. The
clouds rain/snow fall can in other words be controlled, but the use of cloud
seeding is yet not banned. Maybe because the direct link to nearby droughts is
impossible to prove. What is for sure, is that the distribution of the water is
being manipulated. The chemtrails themselves are creating the whole cloud, or
layer of clouds. The "new cloud" is in NASA's map of clouds as contrails. That
is a bit weird isn;t it, as a contrail actually isn't a cloud?

What are the content of the chemtrails?
Again, facts and guesswork gets confused, as we do not have a jet that can fly
up to take samples. But what thousands of water and soil tests around the globe
shows are increased amounts of heavy metals and sometimes unknown biological
material. The metals commonly show incredible amounts of aluminium and barium
but are not restricted to these. The biological material can both be
genetically modified, like the (disease) "Morgellons" or substances
accidentally falling down to earth with the chemtrail particles. Don Croft, an
anti-chemtrail activist have used Nicola Tessla's "cloud buster" to make a
"chem-buster". He says the chemtrails particles are held together by positive
ions as a gas called orgon. Dons chembuster transforms the charge of the ions
from positive to negative. On HAARP's web page they confirm how the ELF only
works on positive ions which naturally and continuously varies in amount. In
other words, they will have a need to create them; chemtrails?

Why modify clouds?
The CenterPointe Learning Academy publish books for children where chemtrails
is shown as a healthy yet obviously man-made attempt of "sunscreening the
earth"(3). The ideas belong to the deceased father of the hydrogen bomb, Edward
Teller. He suggested that by increasing the amount of disturbances in the
atmosphere by 0,5-1%, the sunlight might be reflected back out in space, and
therefore not warm the planet. According to American governmental sources
(which happen to be funding Tellers work) this scenario means the oil and gas
consumption can continue uninterrupted.

Some suggest the chemtrails are a part of a radar system, which in the eyes of
history makes a lot of sense; aluminium particles or chaff was used to obscure
the enemies radar system during WW2. When used in conjunction with HAARP's
electromagnetic waves (ELF) it creates communication system that will function
despite of a electric break down.

Why are we concerned about this?
The main reason people are concerned about the chemtrails is the direct
personal experienced reported by millions of people online. Many of them
seriously involved, many just asking what is happening, and many reporting.
Wherever the spraying happens,a certain pattern of reactions occur (please fill
me in here);

* the sky is stripy from trails or has stripy clouds, or cirrus clouds
* there are "trails" in areas where there are no regular flights
* the planes are observed changing directions making patterns
* there is a haze in the air, not caused by humidity
* people get sick! Often with a range of symptoms from common flu

(is this a link to the mad vaccination programme "swineflu" which was revealed
as a hoax by Jane Bürgermeister, who took FBI and WHO to court? Her case is up
in Austria as we speak (mid September 2010)

* people wake up with dry throats and lose their voices
* allergic reactions increase
* there are no birds or insects about; it is very quiet
* plants may die, for no other obvious reason
* there might be rainbow colours in the clouds (!)
* trails are created at night and intended to drift over the city
* trails occur in Perth, Australia, which does not naturally have contrails at
all, apparently since their constant extreemly low humidity wont allow it.

Weather changes
Weather modifications intended for warfare was banned by the UN in the 70ies;
this gives us an idea how long ago this technology was developed, and also;
where this technology probably is today. What is for sure, is that unusual
weather patterns often occur after chemtrail observations. In Otago, New
Zealand, there has been 7 weeks of chemtrails covering our skies, followed by
floods and earthquakes. A massive storm, (the biggest ever and the size of
Australia!) roars at sea south of New Zealand.

From links to Russian national news papers we read that most Russians actually
do believe the fires this summer (2010) was caused by American weather
modification (4). We know there was very high chemtrail activity in some of the
surrounding areas prior to the fires (Norway, Sweeden and Denmark). This
scenraio was then followed by floods in other surrounding areas.

Conclusion
I am not trying to convince anyone about chemtrails, but I am trying to awaken
curiosity, the will and the need to explore the subject for yourself.

As always with governmental secrets, nobody will admit to know anything about
it. From the German magazine "Time and Space" article by Gabriel Stetter, we
know that the citizen concern was awoken early in 2000. Greenpeace has been
called upon to deal with the issue. We also know there are various answers to
why they won't deal with it, depending on which branch or country you contact.
